Not reliable! He agreed to start on a specific date. He never called and never showed up to do the job. Not professional at all.
One star gives this person more than he deserves. We bought our home on December 29, 2014. He put the roof on in October 2014. In the short time that we have owned the house his workers have been back twice because shingles will not stay on the roof. According to the permit he pulled, this was what is known as a "lay-over", new shingles put over the old ones. The roof leaks, badly.
