I really wanted a pair of EasyClip frames, and they are the only ones who carry them. They were late arriving and communication wasn’t great. Then the arm popped off, which I feel was defect on the part of EasyClip. When I went back with the broken frames, I had to argue that I shouldn’t have to pay a $65 repair fee. tres bon service, l'optometriste est bien qualifiée et à l'ecoute, prend le temps avec les clients et veut vraiment aider. les opticiens sont aussi très gentils

La pire place que j’ai fait affaire pour des lunettes, par obligation malgré moi j’ai dû recommander les lunettes de mon père à cette établissement, informations erronées, mensonge pour la deuxième fois sur le délai de livraison, réceptionniste super polie lors de la commande à changer à effronté et impolie au téléphone lorsque il avait une retard de 2 semaines. Éviter tout problème et allez à un autre établissement croyez moi.
