La pire place que j’ai fait affaire pour des lunettes, par obligation malgré moi j’ai dû recommander les lunettes de mon père à cette établissement, informations erronées, mensonge pour la deuxième fois sur le délai de livraison, réceptionniste super polie lors de la commande à changer à effronté et impolie au téléphone lorsque il avait une retard de 2 semaines. Éviter tout problème et allez à un autre établissement croyez moi.
I bought two pairs of glasses and had a great experience. The eye exam was done very carefully and professionally. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. Prices were also very reasonable. Highly recommend this place!

It's been a month and I haven't gotten my glasses yet. I was told that it would only take 2 weeks. To make it worse, they don't even call to give an update. I had to call several times for an update. And they always forget to give me a call back every single time. They can't even give me a straight answer when I ask them a simple yes or no question.
If I could give less than a star, I would. I had been going there for the past 8 years. This time, with new management, I was still given an excellent price for 3 pairs of glasses. When I returned to pick up the glasses, they were not the right ones. I had to come back to the store on another day to speak to the manager. I called today, explained the situation and agreed to be there in 30 min to continue the conversation.
