Tl:dr: If you wish to see, or even wish to maintain your current eyesight, avoid this place like the plague. Incompetent employees, terrible service, just, absolutely terrible overall. Great price on my glasses but terrible after sales service. Had to wait 3 weeks for an adjustment only to be told to go to LaSalle, they did the adjustment no problem.

Je suis client de Lunetterie Farhat depuis 1999, du temps où M. Farhat, le fondateur vivait et avait son fameux 3 pour 1 et il y avait une bonne culture d'entreprise. Malheureusement, avec le temps, c'est devenu Optik Farhat et ce n'est plus le service de qualité que c'était. Je ne RECOMMANDE pas !!! La succursale de Verdun, la vendeuse/réceptionniste va offrir un bon service lors de l'achat de la monture, c'est l'APRÈS qui est le PROBLÈME... Rude!! I call them to know if they can send me my examen paper by email instead. They way she answered the question was rude. She asked my name and had an attitude about it. And it not only one time! When I did my exam there, the secretary was rude with me, for being there, but with other customers she had a smile on her face.
