I paid $180 and waited for two hours just for the doctor to tell me that she cannot give me my treatment. I even told the nurse about my condition before I went in. Their service is very bad. I do not recommend them at all. They only care about money and do not care about the patient’s condition. If I could give less than one star, I would.
Drew my labs with no orders when i was told to have me labs redrawn . Told me what they were drawing . Only 2 of the results came back. When i am trying to find out what happened to the rest , they could not take responsibility for what happened . They acted like i am some vampire who is either lying or wanted to just get it done for no reason. Basically the Dr treated me like i was in the wrong . No call back , no sorry , nothing .
I will never be coming back here and I hope you won't get ripped off like I did. Went in for dizzyness, they ran some tests - did some extremely common bloodwork and told me I was vitamin-D deficient. Paid everything I owed ($206 for the visit and separate $50 for the tests) They did not not even HINT that I would be receiving a separate bill from Quest Diagnostics for ONE THOUSAND dollars - for which I was already charged $50 for and would've either paid more if they explained what that new price would be or I would've glad... read more
