Dr. T is a fantastic doctor, and I would absolutely recommend him! He is knowledgeable, caring, and I have been very happy with the care he provides. Unfortunately, the office appears to be very understaffed right now, and it is definitely affecting communication, follow-up, and the overall patient experience. I want to be clear that I do not feel this reflects on Dr. T personally. He can only do so much when there simply isn’t enough staff to support the practice.
