Dr Irani is part of Millennium Physicians with offices up and down the coastal states and Florida. He fixes me up every time I have an appointment! I love him because he listens to me. It's like we develop a plan together that works. He is an excellent pharmacologist as well as "internal medicine" which is on his diploma. He goes over my tests, because I have diabetes.
