I have been with Wells Fargo for years. I needed to make some account changes a few days ago. Mason was able to help me out, he explained everything and was very efficient!
Came in to close my CD account, quick and easy task. Was told by the teller that all bankers are busy till the rest of the day. Looks like you need to make an appointment to make sure you get the service. Came next day with the appointment, everything was nice and fast. Banker Mason Zachary Lane is on another level of the customer service. Great customer service and he is knowledgeable and fast. Thanks team. Do not visit this branch without the appointment.

The tellers here are wonderful. It is so nice to do banking again with people who know your name when you walk through the door.
Not friendly actually rude tbh rushed me out and made me feel like I was wasting their time because it was close to closing time
