I pulled up in line at the drive threw two other cars pulled in within a minute after, they got waited on immediately, I sat in the drive through for fifteen minutes. No apology, definitely not somewhere i'd want to do business for myself.
What’s up with these bored guys in management, like Tou Yang, who talked me into running my credit when I was there, though I tried to make it clear that I was not interested in taking out a loan personally for myself, but was there just to bring some papers for my husband. It’s especially repulsive when they sit back with this self satisfied attitude after they thoroughly embarrass you while they get whatever kind of points or kudos for going through the process with an unsuspecting customer.
Three lanes open for the drive through and one person working. Closing the 3rd lane and adding another ATM would be better, or maybe try to staff another teller. Impossible to use the drive through at lunch.
