They deserve NO STARS.The woman who rented out a property to us is now deceased and the lack of communication has cost me future rental opportunities due to the inadequate ability for the office to complete their duties. As a mother of young daughters, I chose to not renew my lease because there was a sexual predator next door, and the company was non compliant in regard to providing safety for my family, even though rent was never late and the exit process was followed. BEWARE OF SCAMS AND GET ANYTHING THEY SAY IN WRITING IF YOU RENT FROM THEM!! Had a very poor experience following our move out. We were moving out a month before our lease ended and planned to just keep our lease active to avoid extra fees. When we told the office this, they strongly encouraged us to break the lease (likely because it would be easier to rent the place out in August rather than the end of September and then they would get more money). This is the worst place to rent from. Before I moved in I called to see if I could get a different apartment because there were beer bottles all over in front of the door. Since I have a 7 year old I didn’t want her to see things like that. The owner told me I couldn’t and said he doesn’t care about the tenants who occupy the units. I was super excited to rent from FargoRents because everyone there was super nice. My time there was okay however I moved out 2 months early, but i still fulfilled the lease and paid full rent. I did not break the lease, i tried getting someone in there to rent it, I was a good tenant and never had any complaints. I checked out about a month and 3 weeks before my lease was officially over.
