We’ve used Fargo Party Ride for a few years and have had great experiences celebrating with them. Easy to book, bus was on time and everything went smoothly. Thanks a lot to our driver Josh who we also had last year!
TERRIBLE. I’m not one to leave bad reviews but I booked with Fargo Party Ride for my brother’s wedding and they called three hours BEFORE the wedding and cancelled on us. They said the bus wasn’t starting. I understand things happen but to do this on the day of the wedding HOURS before we needed them and not even send a back up bus our way was unacceptable. DO NOT recommend.
I had a make-a-wish trip and they were supposed to pick us up guess who didn’t show up and didn’t answer my call left a message no response
We had an awesome driver. No complaints at all.
Day before our wedding, called to make sure all the details were in line. No answer. Day of our wedding when the bus didn’t show up, no answer. Day after we got stiffed, no answer. Called from a different number on Monday and someone finally answered, to the manager who said she was too busy to answer her phone over the weekend, blamed us for not coordinating the event even though we emailed and called constantly.
