A woman I spoke with on the phone because I needed important information was extremely rude. You are left up to your own devices to do most of the extremely tedious paperwork involved in the certification process, in just a matter of days. If you are unable to move when certification comes up, keep yourself on the wait lists that are open. Just a bunch of bureaucratic red tape involved. Don't that discourage you!
AVOID this place like the plague! They have processed my paperwork incorrectly and failed to keep me adequately informed. The property I was staying in was filthy and unkempt. There are several surveillance cameras in the building but never anything done after reporting disturbing, suspicious behavior. While renting from them I felt I was taken advantage of, abused, and discriminated against. I feel they have no real interest in helping their tenants.
