We were traveling from Michigan when our bike broke down. Told the woman who answered the phone what was happening and she put Chase on the phone, told him bike was broke down that I was from Michigan and did know anyone near by. He sent two guys with a trailer to come get us: while waiting another man who didn’t know we had called but worked there stopped to help us. They got us back on the road with In 2 hours. I can’t say enough nice things about the people that work there. They were a blessing
My salesman Logan was very easy to work with and got back to me in a timely fashion. Beyond that it hasn't been a good experience. After purchasing the bike, a 2019 sportster with 8500 miles, I was going through the paperwork and noticed an extended service contract for $1500 that wasn't explained to me nor did I ask for. I certainly should have looked closer during the paperwork signing, so I am partly to blame.
