Resident of Courtenay I am writing about one of your semi drivers that came through our city on Monday morning. He stopped at a stop sign by my residence, got out of his truck and began to urinate. This was at 8:30 or 9:00a.m. We do have a bar and cafe that is open at that time and he could have gone in there to do his business. I was appalled at what he did. It is against the law and he could have waited or gone to a facility to do his job.
