I went to go renew for the next year and I didn't catch the lady's name but she was very rude making me seem stupid in front of my kids and talking to me rude after I told her what was going on very rude !!!
The old lady with the short hair behind the desk at the entrance is very rude and mean. Never have I dealt with such a bitter and mean person before when I simple stated I was here for a vaccination. It was my first time at the facility and figured the front desk was where I could check in. Boy was I wrong and she sure made sure I knew it. Be a better person lady.
The WIC office staff are very rude. Came to them with 2 days to my scheduled C-Section because I’m just now going through a divorce. They were very clearly not busy at the time, but they couldn’t be bothered to help me because I didn’t have an appointment. They do not have an appointment for me before my baby will be here, and insist on seeing the baby and I for an appointment before I can register.
