I ordered a shirt a few weeks ago and I hadn't received it in the time frame of their ordering/shipping policy . I called to inquire about my order. FFS immediately addressed my inquiry with understanding and were able to promptly determine the issue with my order still being at the post office. They offered to remake my order and gave me the option to have them ship it with next-day delivery or pickup in their store same day! I opted for the latter so I can see their other cool merch! I bought them, I own them huh, you guys didnt even send the size U bolts I ordered. I ordered 5/8 you sent 9/16. Rude customer service cant answer simple questions. Parts were outsourced and not even made by them. Complete waste of time. Recieved incorrect part, Id rather go through brain surgery again, having part of my brain removed was more pleasant than dealing with this corporate pay me screw you company attitude! I've been hearing stuff about Far From Stock for awhile, a few friends have bought their parts and love them. I didn't need any parts but decided my first purchase from them would be a hat with a cool logo on it, just to get in on a giveaway.
