My experience at Fareway was wonderful! I hobbled in off the 5 freeway with a shredded tire and I was attended to immediately. Carlos and his assistant were extremely responsive, friendly and helpful. During the course of changing the first tire, we found that another one of my tires had a large screw imbedded in the tread. It most certainly would have gone flat within a few hours. Carlos immediately offered to patch it for no additional cost. My car had failed a smog check and I had went to a different location and was quoted $400 just by looking at the paper. I then came here and Martin did a thorough check on my vehicle and looked at the paper and told me why the codes were coming up and fixed the issue at a decent price, much lower than the first place. I am well pleased with the service and will definitely be coming here for any future problems.
Took my Toyota Tacoma for brake service a couple months back..a day later the rear brakes started making a clapping noise when I applied the brakes, took it back and Martin then later told me he had fixed the issue.. issue was never resolved as it kept making same noise.. took it to another shop and they found rotors were not resurface evenly..had to spend another couple of hundred dollars to finally fix issue by someone else
Definitely the best auto shop I have found by far. Honest, knowledgeable and best of all will work with your busy schedule. Did my breaks and transmission service on my vehicle with no appointment and no wait time, took care of my right away.
I went in for an oil change and the day after my card started smoking on the freeway after I went to work when I pulled over and opened the hood the technician that changed my oil left a pair of pliers in there and when he closed the hood it cracked my radiator this isn’t the first time they’ve messed up my car one of the tire technicians stripped the lug nuts on my car if you go here make sure you watch them before they cause more damage
