Extremely disappointed with the service at this shop. I came in with an issue, and they told me to come back the next day at 9:00 AM. When I arrived, they claimed they were too busy and asked me to return the following day at 8:00 AM, promising that I would be their first priority and that they would resolve the issue. My husband went in today 03/03/26 a little after 8am just to get the tires on my Jeep Wrangler rotated and rebalanced (nothing else was discussed, only the tire rotation) after waiting about an hour or so for the work to be done. Once he was getting ready to checkout and leave they informed him the total was way more than we had expected and that was because the did an unapproved oil change! Last year, I visited this shop twice for flat/puncture repairs. Both visits were quick and satisfactory, which built my trust and is why I returned. On the night of Nov 14, during heavy rain in Van Nuys, both passenger-side tires blew out at the same time. It was stressful and unsafe. Great quick service. My tire light went on and they checked it right away and didn't charge for just a tire fill up. I've been coming here for years and the stuff is always friendly very professional even when I moved a little farther away I still drive over here
