FARENA is a great restaurant except for their service!! Unfortunately, our waitress didn’t have a smile on her face when she was serving us. I ordered the blackberry smash mocktail and my brother got a Sprite. The dishes that we ordered were the Caesar salad, burrata and peach salad, Cacio E Pepe, Margherita Pizza, Lumache rigate, and the aged acquerello risotto. The restaurant was empty due to a rangers game.
Farena is my favorite restaurant. The food, service, and atmosphere are phenomenal. Highly recommend. 10/10. Thank you, Chef.
This restaurant is located inside the hotel. The waiter was slow to attend to our table with initial drink order and then forgot part of the drink order. The food was good but pricey. Plenty of seating available. Well decorated dining area.
We visited here after waiting in line for BTS merchandise for almost 3 hours. A couple of us in the party were beginning to feel the signs of heat stroke so we visited here to escape the heat. They welcomed us immediately and sat us down. Amanda was our server and she knew exactly that we needed. She brought us iced water right away. I came here for my birthday and everything was amazing from the atmosphere, staff, and food. Lights are dimmed and they have good music playing. The staff was nice very welcoming. My waitress was awesome her name was Amanda. From when I walked in I was greeted with a “happy birthday” as I was walked to my seat and my waitress also wished me a happy birthday several times.
