Do NOT book with this company. I was driving to the airport and received a notification that my flight in southwest was cancelled. I started panicking so quickly googled “contact southwest” and it brought up Fare Machine’s number. At first I thought it was southwest, didn’t realize until she had to look at other airlines to get me on a new flight with someone else.
