Having suffered with a painful arm for many months, I decided an Osteopath was the next step. From the very first online chat with Cain Sedgwick and subesquent chat with the receptionist, through to the appointments with Edward Adams, I felt heard, valued and most of all I am benefitting physically. I can't recommend the Fareham Osteopathic Centre enough for anyone seeking treatment and advice.

Highly recommended, very professional! Cain relieved my pain straight away and only after three visits I was walking up right and pain free.
Have been having sessions on and off as needed with Cain for about 3 years. I can definitely say that each time I come out I feel a lot better than when I went in! Cain has a great ability to identify the key areas that need addressing and does his best to ‘fix’ them in as fewer sessions as possible - never asking me to go back for a second visit unless absolutely necessary.
