Absolutely unacceptable experience with Fareham Car Company. The car’s battery was completely dead the day after purchase, which shows a serious lack of basic pre-sale checks. I was left stranded and had to call the AA and pay to have the problem fixed myself. Only after it was already resolved did the company offer to help — far too late and completely inadequate. Really helpful people. Good warranty coverage. And very fair pricing. Highly recommend Update: 11 months on with the car, and yes unfortunately we've had a few issues. Luckily we had taken the warranty out, and they were very quick and helpful to get it sorted. They Even had the car recovered to a specialist as the first garage didn't sort the issue out. The guys here bend over backwards to help you out if you get in touch with them and ask.
