This was an excellent dental experience. Every person on staff was friendly, kind and professional. My dental cleaning was very thorough and I was given instruction on how to be most effective with my dental routines. I'm grateful to have such a supportive dental team available for my dental care.
From the receptionist checking me in for my appointment, to the dental assistant that brought me back to get my images, to the dentist that examined me- every one of them was kind to me. They all made eye contact and were friendly. I would recommend to others for many reasons, but excellent customer service being the primary one.
Dr Fard and his staff are fantastic - they make the whole family feel comfortable. Great communication, honest and clear about pros and cons of treatments, super friendly!
