I will never waste my time trying to communicate or do business with them again. They have 0 sense or urgency. I have been waiting on a procedure for the last 2 months with 0 follow up. The one time I got a response from the office manager Sonia she screamed at me and basically told me to figure it out on my own.
Provider’s staff on behalf of the doctor refused me care over $78. This was even after they were informed of my critical health status and housing situation. I even offered to pay an amount today and remaining balance within a week, his staff said no with a smile on their faces. How disgusting.
Dr. Farbod Masrour is an excellent gastroenterologist. He is knowledgeable, compassionate, and takes the time to listen to concerns and explain everything clearly. He made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process and never made me feel rushed. His staff is friendly, professional, and helpful, making each visit a positive experience. I truly felt well cared for and confident in my treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Masrour to anyone looking for a great gastroenterologist!
I am looking at the reviews here for this physician (gastroenterologist) and unfortunately this has not been my mother's experience. He has been rude, curt, and so mean to my mother that she dreads making an appt to see him for any follow up. From day 1 he has been awful. At this point ahe wants to see a new doctor but unfortunately there are limitations with her unsyrance Wellcare but we are looking for alternatives.
