Great dentist and office staff
I've been a long-time patient of this practice, back when it was run by Mike Copp. I needed a sleep apnea mouthguard and was told to come in. I waited 30 minutes only to be told by Dr. Farbod that they don't make those mouthpieces. Instead of simply telling me and referring me over the phone, she brought me into the office. She gave me two referrals and charged me $95. She never looked into my mouth, never examined me. Just handed me a piece of paper. I'm never going back. Very disappointing.
Dear Dr Farbod I had excellent experience beginning of ur front desk who was very friendly and helpful, than coming to your office I experienced the best customer service You work was very good , I never had a dentist that for every step make me aware of it , your work was fast and easy for me without any pain I felt all the time very comfortable Thank you very much Bahman Djalali
Very professional, thorough, on time and kind. Alyssa is so thoughtful and attentive to a clients needs and feelings. All the staff are extremely friendly and supportive!
