Be very careful with Attorneys Lawrence J. Farber and Carl W. Lindley Jr. In 2015, we signed 7-month Apartment Lease with Landlord Stefan (user J BB below) and paid rent. But two weeks later, Landlord Stefan violated Massachusetts Tenant Laws. He cancelled our lease without Notice to Quit and refused to accept our money. Then Landlord's Attorney #1 Lawrence J.
