Faraz did an amazing job on my file. When I hired him, there was a protection order against me and a judge's had also ordered that I had to pay support at a level more than double my actual income based on lies from the other side. Faraz had the protection order removed, got me equal time with my son, and appealed the support order. We won the appeal, spousal support was cancelled and my child support was adjusted to what my actual income was. I only wish I had hired him from the get go.

I employed Faraz for over a year. Once the issue of property and owed money came up it was " no longer his expertise" and I had to get alternate counsel for that. As to access to my child he dropped the ball in every possible way and haven't seen my daughter in 18 months , my ex partner has legal aid and she has wiped the courtroom floor with him. Save your money ! Over a year of my child's life and 10's of thousands of dollars and I am in the same position as a year ago. He agrees to conditions he has no idea how to enforce... read more

Very unsatisfied with legal service we recived. He even charged us based on his Hourly rate for re-issuing a cheque to return our retainer. We strongly don't recommend!

He is rude, disrespectful, and sooo greedy. Instead of handling the case just waste time and charge you. Hard to reach and even offer divorce for extra charging! Dont ever try him!
