I test drove a vehicle on Dec 27th. I completed a credit application on Dec 28th. Brent said that he would call me back in about an hour. I did not receive a call, so I called on Dec 31st to check the status of my application. Brent told me that he would either call or text me with an update. I never heard back from him. I called again on Jan 11th and left a message. I still haven't received a call from the dealership. The car is still on the website.
