I have tried to contact them so that they give me the letter for the city permit and they never respond, very bad service

Terrible service. Kept stringing us along with no updates, and zero communication. They would then finally respond, give another deadline, which would then just pass, and then go back to not responding. TL;DR: Wasted 2 months waiting for engineering plans which never materialized.
