This was my very first time ever attending a sewing class—or even touching a sewing machine—and Princess was absolutely amazing. She is incredibly patient and takes her time explaining everything, especially the basics, in a way that feels approachable and encouraging. I initially attended a beginner class at Faraj Couture with high expectations. During my first session, I had no prior sewing experience. Throughout the class, I was constantly praised, which made me feel encouraged at first. However, I later realized this praise felt misleading rather than genuine. There was also an assistant present, and I was uncomfortable with how she was treated. This was my first sewing class with Faraj Couture and I’m very delighted and inspired. I look forward to remaining classes. I’m certain that it will exceed my expectations. Princess is patient and methodical and allows the student to work at their own pace. This class is a complete treat. I made a bag and can’t wait to be able to sew my own clothes once the course is finished.

I miss being in the studio and learning from Princess every day! College has been a huge change, and it is very difficult. However, I never forgot any of the lessons she taught me. Not only did she teach me how to design, but also taught me how to be a confident woman, a hard worker, and someone who works towards their dreams. I owe her so much! Can't recommend Faraj Couture enough!

Faraj Couture sewing class was incredibly informative and absolutely awesome! Princess Faraj was an amazing teacher—patient, knowledgeable, and very encouraging throughout the entire class. She explained each step clearly and made learning to sew enjoyable and confidence-building. I would highly recommend this class to anyone who wants to learn how to sew or improve their skills. An excellent experience from start to finish!
