I was a new patient to her. I recently went there and waited over an hour to see her. Many patience in the waiting room were complaining about waiting an HR or more. my appt was for 245 I get in a back room at 345 and still waiting I decided I had enough of a wait. I walk out and she is standing there talking to a couple of girls at the check out. Dr. Toyserkani seemed nice at my first and last appointment. I won't go back because of her staff. Her medical assistant was very impatient with me when I apparently took too long to sit down in the chair. Her scheduling staff were impatient and got rude with me when I asked which month was said for my next appointment. Overall it wasn't a good experience.

I absolutely love Dr. Toyserkani! She is no nonsense and she knows her craft! She is always thorough and explains everything in a clear, concise way. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a gastroenterologist.
