Was on hold for almost 30 minutes and nobody answered the phone. I called within office hours and away from lunch hours. This is absolutely absurd. I finally gave up. I desperately need to get back on my medication, but cant without a referral from a GP. This is not good practice. They need to learn how to answer the phones
My Wife and I have been patients for years. She’s very welcoming and friendly but also doesn’t waste any time. The office staff is great as well and very accommodating. Highly recommend.

We have been waiting since may 16th for this office to submit a prior authorization for my grandfather’s dementia medications. This office is the slowest and lacks follow through. It is June 1st and there is still no resolution to this issue.
