She’s just phenomenal. She’s very understanding and solution-minded, always a pleasure to be around, and just a very kind person. She has a great energy and has always done right by me with all the medical issues and questions I’ve had. She’s been ingenious with my medications and been a breath of fresh air about delicate information. Highly recommended.
Dr. Salem is a good doctor however her patient rapport isn't that great. She doesn't take the time to fully understand the health history or her patients which can hinder the success of healthcare services. Also, I didn't like how they would tell me to go to emergency if I have any questions or concerns instead of calling her office. Her medical receptionist never call back. Hello I keep forgetting to make a review on here and well now I remembered because they called me for appointment that I emailed and canceled with them, but here goes my review. so I lost my PCP due to insurance and I was looking around and I found Dr. Salem right a few blocks away from my home so I was so very excited. I could have a new doctor really close to my home no problems if I needed to walk there, I can go. so I made an appointment. Dr. Salem and her staff are amazing! The staff is always helpful and go out of their way to make sure all questions are answered. Dr. Salem is knowledgeable, patient, kind and takes time with each and every patient!
