Dr Salem and staff are wonderful. Ive been looking for a primary care physician for awhile as I was feeling unheard and rushed through my appointments. Dr Salem was thorough, patient, and very kind. Robin at the front desk was very helpful and informative as well.
She’s been the best since I’ve been seeing her! She’s very helpful, explains everything clearly, and doesn’t make you feel like other doctors do when it comes to weight. She truly cares and it shows!
Only giving 1 star so I can leave a review, should not get any stars! my opinion is that is the most unprofessional, uncaring doctor (and staff) I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. My advise would be to RUN don't walk away from this place, like your life depends on it! It's been my experience that they do not give a dam about your life anyway!
I have been going to Dr. Salem office for almost 2 years and I have no complaints. She is an amazing doctor that listens to my concerns.
I was bribed to make this review of 5 stars because they were trying to give a no show fee to a medicaid patient which is illegal, they said if i wrote a 5 star review they would take it off my account. I only wrote because I needed surgical clearance. I would rate ZERO stars if I could due to the office staff. Extremely rude. I was recommended by my urgent care's office and I couldn't be more disappointed. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE. I will be reporting this office to the state.
