Dr. Arlene Yu is my oncologist she is a very good doctor and in fact she gave me a very good cancer treatment and now I enjoy my quality of life…I highly recommend her..she is very updated of medicine for cancer treatment.
I love the.doctor but the staff needs to be more efficient, I was measured for lymphedema sleeve in May 2025 and it is now August 2025, staff has not been able to do the simple task of having Dr sign the order ans fax back so I can get sleeve!! Also I was charged before seeing patient (not co pay) Medicare 20% before billing Medicare, legally Medicare needs to be billed before (I did Medicare billing for over 38 years) rather than argue I paid I asked receptionist for billing dept number and she said "she didn't know who the... read more
What can I say... It's always a pleasure visiting Dr. Yu! And if you have ever been there then you would surely know why. The moment you enter the office, it's like walking into your home. Comfort! Everywhere! Staff at Dr. Yu's office is very business oriented and very professional. But, even better then their savvy going about their daily routines, is their genuine sense of humor.
