I saw Farah Mullah at UMASS today - she was late, rude when I tried to explain myself and the messages for my appointment time; I started crying because she wouldn’t let me speak about my pain (I only wanted an exam, an X-ray and PT). THEN she proceeded to mock me with dry eyes that she also wanted to cry because I was upset with her and was condescending towards me and I walked out. Apparently I’m not the only one this has happened to.
Dr. Mullah is the best PCP that I ever had! She explains everything about my conditions and listens very well. Dr. Mullah is very kind, considerate and caring! Everything that you'd want in a PCP!!
Dr. Mullah is a very good doctor, but the staff definitely needs to do a better job
