I used to be a patient.For a very brief time. I found out real quick that I had chosen the wrong doctor . I can sit here and tell you my story , but I choose not to. What I will say is she does not follow-up with important health issues . Her staff is really uneducated and inconsiderate. They really need more training. I recently left Dr. Masood's practice for a few reasons. One reason is that she cut her office hours down to Thursdays and Saturdays. If I, or any other patient, needs medical attention on a Monday, we're out of luck. As well, I believe that her office is severely understaffed. The office is so busy, that the staff doesn't have time to do anything extra that is needed by the patient. Trying to get any paperwork or referrals from them takes forever. Dr Masood is caring and listens. She is the best doctor I have ever had. Her staff is also efficient and responsive.
