My experience with Dr Hartmann and her front desk ladies (especially Ely) was EXCELLENT! I had been putting this type of visit off for a very long time and now feel so foolish because it was was really so easy going, professional and I know without a doubt Dr Hartmann is now my go-to doctor in this area if needed again in future. Absolutely and wholeheartedly recommend this doctor with confidence.
This practice makes you feel like a number who they barely have time for. They don’t answer their phones, rushed appointments and no consistency in front desk employees. I had to call/go to the office 3x to get my medical records transferred to a fertility doctor. I’ve since switched to a new practice in town where I feel so cared for and attended to. The difference is night and day. My mother has also transferred for the same reasons.
Terrible wait times, upcharges for appointments, unnecessary tests and procedures. The staff wouldn't release my test results unless I visited in person. Never heard of that in my life. Past doctor's always uploaded to an online account. They took advantage of me and did unnecessary tests as well. This practice does not care about the patients and just wants money.
Before moving to Naples, I had my previous OBGyn for 10 years and was very nervous to see someone new. Dr. Hartmann was amazing. She made me feel very welcome and it felt like I had been her patient for years. I am happy to continue seeing her. The scheduling process through the receptionists could be improved.
Very sweet. She is really great and takes my worries away. This is my first kid.
