I was referred to this law firm when my son had his accident; he had just turned 18 so I was involved in helping him navigate through the case and was in communication with personnel from this law office. Personnel that admitted to having had dropped the ball in his case; you are correct....I am not a client, but my son was your client and this firm failed him. Your records should show my name and email because I was copied on correspondence.
