I would give 5 stars to Michael for his professionalism and customer service, but unfortunately only 1 star for the overall experience due to his father’s behaviour. I observed he was speaking in Arabic while referencing me which I found uncomfortable during my visit today and did not feel I was treated respectfully as a customer.
