Farah Jewellery Shop has amazing customer service! The owners and staff are so kind, welcoming, and genuinely care about their customers. Highly recommend shopping here!
I waited for over 2½ hours to be served while watching customers who arrived after me being helped first. It wasn’t until another customer told the staff how long I had been waiting that I was finally acknowledged. Although I made a purchase, I left feeling ignored, unwelcome, and that I had been treated differently because I was of a different race to most of the other customers in the store. It was a very disappointing experience.
