Trudy is an amazing provider and have nothing but good things to say about her however Diana the office manager is the rudest person I have ever dealt with. She talks over patients interrupts them has no medical licensce but says she is the boss of the clinical staff. She repeatedly talked down to me like with the little power she wilded. I have forgotten more medical knowledge than she will ever know. I feel that she needs to be a patient . They really shouldn’t let crazy deal with crazy.
The NP doesn’t return phone calls or message you back in the portal after the initial consult. I left messages in the portal and left message with the receptionist in chatt for her to get back to me because nobody was answering the phone at the Brentwood location.
FIVE stars!!!! This is the place to have TMS, they are kind compassionate and caring. Tia (the person that administered the TMS) was absolutely wonderful, she is very encouraging listened to all of my concerns, was knowledgeable and cheered me on! I wouldn't hesitate to go back if I need to in the future!
