Our house has been in need of painting for several years. Sections of the outside displayed pealing paint and in addition the siding needed repairs in spots. Faraci Painting did a terrific job in preparation, that was key. Most impressed with the way all joints were calked to prevent water damage. Their workers were skilled at their jobs. Most of the work was outside, but also had ceiling hole in the drywall repaired and then the ceiling was painted. A fantastic job overall.
I need some exterior stain work done on our home and after vetting 3 highly recommended painting contractors I chose Faraci Painting. My decision was based on the Faraci's philosophy of "doing the job right the first time" and his team. Happy to say I was glad I chose them. Their work and prep was exceptional. If you really want the job done correctly and efficiently I highly recommend Faraci Painting.
Faraci Painting did an excellent job painting the exterior of my home. They were careful and thorough. The house looks amazing! I was especially impressed by Foreman Cesar's diplomatic approach to help me make better choices on the details. We had three paint colors and he guided wisely on how to transition. Faraci Painting did an excellent job for 2 properties of ours! Starting with the porches and walkways. The Faraci Team communicated every step that would be taken each day, they were professional, clean, and did an excellent job to paint and seal. I look forward to working with you again as both homes now need interior and exterior painting.
Douglass and his crew did excellent work. I had a lot of peeling paint from a previous poorly done paint job and they worked really hard to meticulously prep the house for a proper application of new paint. Overall, they did excellent work and they were all really nice people too! I highly recommend Faraci Painting.
