Worked for FMI 26 years ago. Chris and Jo are great people. Chris is a excellent fabriator and has attention to detail. Enjoyed working with the crew. They become a second family because of the time spent with everyone weekly. Personally I sabotaged my position with them because of personal issues I resolved 25 years ago. There per diem pay is excellent and they treat you well. Pros: Chance to see the county and get paid for it. 4 days off (which back then was 4.5 days) Family atmosphere.
