Do not use this dental provider. I sent 2 of my kids here after relocating to IN. Both have always had regular dental care every 6 months. Strangely both kids had 9 cavities on their first visit to Farabee Dental. Not sure how you develop 9 cavities in 6 months when there were no signs in prior visits. Additionally, when I booked the appointment, I advised not to do any procedures that weren't covered by insurance. They did it anyway.
