Didn't even deserve one star ...bought 2 and hand car late 2022 timing chain failure feb 23 ... apparantly mark grundy does not have to fix this as it's a serviceable part ..he lied ...car still sitting in shed ... Looking into lawyer now.. FWA did not comply with Australian Consumer LAws and also were dishonest by telling me about servicable part .. hoping this can be resolved
Excellent experience buying a used car from Far West Auto. Luke and the team moved mountains to get me on the road in time to make it back to work in Victoria. The car is in great Nick and had a thorough going-over. Very happy with my new ASX.
Sent my car in for several repairs that were clearly warranty, car was there 1hr and I received a text saying the car was ready. I arrived to collect the car, was told they could not fault the items and received a $180 invoice. I paid the invoice, went to a different ford dealer 3 weeks later, all the issues were fixed and covered under warranty. If your looking for a dealer to do very little and charge you for it this is the place for you, if not go somewhere else.
They fixed my blinker globe, which just about needed to be dismantled to get to. WHO DESIGNS THESE CARS??? Anyway, they fit me in, and did it very quickly, half an hour. Very reasonable prices fir what they had to do. You must book it in though. Highly recommend
