I couldn’t rate the food because I never got it. I walked in and ordered with the husband. He told me it would be about 10 minutes. I waited in my car and came back in 15. It wasn’t ready so I stood at the counter (only place to stand). Watching, I saw the wife cut up RAW spare ribs, put a new paper towel down and place my scallion pancake on TOP of the same surface as the raw meat.
