We went there to get two tyres changed to pass or WOF check. Everything went okay and seemed fine. After we left we realized that one nut on one of the bolts was missing so we went back to the Tyre Service. We were told that the previous mechanic had messed up the thread of the bolt and it couldn't be used anymore. The Tyre Service trashed the nut and didn't tell us anything. As we couldn't prove anything we were helpless qnd we had to get it fixed ourselves. Probably a good shop but no responsibility for damages in my opini... read more
This was a wonderful and super professional service! Very kind guy who had roots in the Netherlands and that was for us as people of Dutch origine a real surprise! The tire was fixed in 10 minutes and the guy did not want to receive anything for this work! Such a kindness, really incredible! Kind regards, Kees van Spronsen (Living in Switzerland)
