I bought a tent and an air mattress from them ten days ago. Someone slashed my air mattress the second night and left ten tent open I dried water from the tent and zipped it up. The next morning I woke up to find water soaking everything because the rain cover let rain right through it. I brought the receipt in to return it and the cashier said it had to have a defect to return it and that no where did it say it was rain resistant or water proof. Why exactly would you call it a "rain cover" if it doesn't cover you from rain.... read more
