What an unprofessional company. At first contact they seemed professional, however when it comes to return visits for commissioning something that they simply don’t know. They get defensive and spout nonsense about favours although they were paid in full. I’ve been in the industry for 20 years and never have i seen anything quite like this, especially in a town that is shrinking due to economic issues, oil/gas and fires it’s truly sad that there’s companies out there like this that is making a hard for everyone else.
