I rang this workshop for a straightforward quote to replace spark plugs and one ignition coil on my Holden Cruze. The woman who answered was blunt, dismissive, and completely uninterested in helping. She spoke over me, wouldn't answer basic questions, and hung up on me mid-conversation. I have audio evidence of the entire call, so there’s no denying how poorly I was treated.
