Sadly, I waited for a callback from this agency. I needed help to make overseas arrangements for flights and hotel. When I finally called them back, they assured me they could not help me because their computers were still down. 😔
Pam was extremely patient and helpful. I would highly recommend her and plan on using her again in the future!

Pam worked quickly to get us booked on the next charter, contacted the resort to get our dates changed, and arranged our transportation to and from the airport. She was so helpful, and we were saved a lot of stress, time, and money because she took charge to save our vacation during her weekend. We are so grateful.

The owner and staff are here are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The selection of pianos and keyboards are above and beyond anywhere else available in our Dayton region.
