By far the worst hair experience I’ve ever had. I left with my curly hair completely matted and had to stop the service to detangle it myself. When I expressed concern, I was told I “should have come detangled,” which is unacceptable for a wash appointment. If you are a curly girl, do not go here. Phenomenal experience
If you are looking for a way to relax this is the place! I booked the scalp rejuvenation with Gigi and it/she was amazing! So friendly and clearly knew what she was doing. She offers other skin care services as well. Everything is clean, neat, and overall relaxing just being in the main space. I will definitely be back and will be telling everyone!
