AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. They charge you $300 as deposit before seeing your pet first. Then they charged me $670 more for x rays, specialist, and an overnight stay before they did anything to her. After 3xrays they wanted my dog to have surgery and charge me $1500 plus for it saying it MIGHT help. I decided to pick her up and took her to Juarez and they did 8xrays on her and treated her. Vet there said she has gastritis and did not need surgery. My dog is now alive and well, but not thanks to them.

Worse service ever. They had us waiting for 7 hours. Kept saying we were next, no communication at all.
Total scam , I arrived at 830 left at 2AM. They took my dog in for observation due to high fever . After four hours I was put in a room . I could hear the vet talking with his staff about my dog . He seemed to not even be aware of my dog and his symptoms. He later walks in and tries to explain why I need to pay 600 to cure my dog. At the end of the day he prescribed me the wrong medicine. Great service and doctors
Looks like they are short staff get ready to wait a few hours. They may be friendly but make sure you have a unlimited amount of money on stand by. Took my dog in and ended up moving him after they called for more money. Paid over $1000.00 for my dog being sick. He did not get surgery or anything like that. My dog is older but no reason to up charge for the amount of work they do. They put a IV but come on. This is a money pit veterinarian. Be ready to pay up. Sad way to do business in El Paso.
Was the first person in the parking lot at 6:30 AM. I called and they said that they didn’t start vaccines till 8:00 AM and to call around 7:45 AM. I stayed there and at 7:40 AM I called and the receptionist was rude and told me I had to call exactly at 7:45 AM. I called at 7:45 AM and I was on hold for 8 minutes. First the vets are very good. So I would highly recommend the vets. However the wait time is NOT ok. We've wait 6,5, 3 hours very less then 3 hours. They really need a new system of doing things.
They lost my nieces dog Lucky left him outside in an unfenced area very negligent. Do not leave your pet there they might also lose him or her! Very disappointed! 💔😥
